It might be news to many of you, but our long time drummer Thor DSR had departed The Depressives. No drama, no issues. JM and D went dark for nearly 4 years, so other opportunities came Thor's way. We love him, he's our brother and we wish him the best. It's not like we won't see him anymore, Neil plays with Thor in another SF Bay Area outfit known as Fuzz Attack. There will be a lot of paths crossing in our local scene.
We have offered the very difficult drummer position to Chris Estep. He was long time drummer for rockabilly outfit Motel Drive as well as ska monsters ,The Supressors. He is a welcome addition, solid drummer with style and an all around good dude.
